Mission Statement

Lift For Life Youth Foundation exists to empower youth through fitness by building strong bodies, disciplined minds, and confident leaders. We use structured strength training and mentorship to provide young people with the tools they need to develop resilience, accountability, and lifelong healthy habits.

Vision Statement

Our vision is a future where every young person, regardless of background or circumstances has access to positive role models, structured physical activity, and a safe environment to grow stronger mentally, physically, and emotionally. Lift For Life envisions communities where fitness is not just about exercise, but a foundation for confidence, discipline, leadership, and long-term success.

FOUNDER’S MESSAGE

Fitness saved me before I even knew what I needed saving from. I was 12 years old when I received my first weight set for Christmas. At the time, my life was surrounded by instability. My mother struggled with alcoholism and depression, and our home often felt chaotic and unpredictable. Lifting weights became my escape. It gave me structure when life felt out of control, discipline when emotions were heavy, and confidence when I needed it most. Over time, fitness stopped being just a hobby, it became a way of life. It taught me responsibility, consistency, and belief in myself. Those lessons carried me through adulthood and into a career where I’ve spent 17 years helping others transform their lives through fitness. Lift For Life was created to give today’s youth what fitness gave me an outlet, a mentor, and a sense of purpose. Our programs are about more than workouts. They are about building habits, confidence, leadership, and resilience that will carry these young people far beyond the gym.

Why Lift For Life

Lift For Life was created from a personal place. Fitness became an outlet, a source of structure, and a way to find stability during a difficult childhood. What started at age 12 with a simple weight set grew into a lifelong mission to give today’s youth that same sense of strength and purpose.

The Lift For Life Student Workout Tracker is designed to help youth build consistency, accountability, and confidence through structured fitness tracking.

More than a notebook, this tracker teaches students how to show up, put in effort, and reflect on their progress both in the gym and in life. Each page encourages discipline, goal-setting, and personal responsibility while creating a positive record of growth over time.

Built with a youth-friendly, motivating design, the tracker supports Lift For Life’s mission to use fitness as a foundation for building strong bodies, focused minds, and confident futures.
